General Office Administration/ Technology- Assess Technology standards and levels of compliance- Assessed technology usage at several different campuses in  districts in offices and classrooms. A wide variance was found, many policies out of date.

School Operations/ Policies- Meet with School Attendance Officer. Discuss rules, procedures, and ramifications of attendance on law, finance, and general school/district operations-summarize- Also attended court to observe different schools’ procedures, consequences.

Supervision of the Budget- Prepare a bid for the Regional Co-op and go through the bid process- Discussed procedures with regional and district personnel in charge of vendors/bids, visited state offices, created menus, prices, fill out paperwork and submitted complete sealed bid (my business won a regional contract)
